Das Hotel ist alt aber es war sehr sauber. Es liegt direkt an der Strasse aber wiederum sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen Das Personal nett und bemüht allerdings gab es kaum Infos und kein Frühstück Dennoch war es ein guter Aufenthalt und für eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp Ok

ACHTUNG! Hier können große Probleme entstehen.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da Frühstück und kostenloses Parken inbegriffen sein sollten. Als wir aber ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, dass es weder ein Frühstück noch einen Parkplatz am Hotel oder an der Straßenseite vom Hotel gibt. Stattdessen wurde uns geraten, eine Bäckerei in der Nähe aufzusuchen und das Auto auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz 200–300 m entfernt abzustellen. Als wir unsere Buchungsbestätigung mit den inkludierten Leistungen zeigten, winkte das Personal nur ab: "Wenn es Ihnen nicht passt, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel." Also haben wir um eine schriftliche Bestätigung gebeten, dass kein Frühstück angeboten wurde, und gingen dann das Auto umparken. Als wir dann 10 Minuten später zurückkehrten, war die Tür an der Rezeption geschlossen. Trotz Klingeln und Anrufen – keine Reaktion. Am nächsten Morgen versuchten wir es erneut von 8 bis 9 Uhr, aber niemand öffnete. Dabei gibt Google für dieses Hotel einen 24-Stunden-Service an. Auch das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe: Der Teppich war alt, fleckig und schwarz vor Dreck. Im Bad gab es keine Heizung, dafür aber ein großes Lüftungsgitter nach draußen – bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur war es kaum wärmer als draußen. Das Viertel selbst machte ebenfalls keinen vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. Fazit: Wer Stress und Probleme mag, ist hier richtig. Allen anderen empfehle ich dringend, ein anderes Hotel zu buchen – in einem Umkreis von 10 km gibt es bessere und günstigere Alternativen. Ein Stern – nur für den Namen des Hotels.

Die Unterkunft ist top - Preis/Leistung stimmte einfach! Der Check-In und Check-Out war unkompliziert und der Eigentümer des Hotels hat uns super freundlich empfangen. Die Einrichtung ist etwas alt, aber deswegen nicht weniger sauber! Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bahnhof sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel. Für den nächsten Kurztrip werden wir dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Leider hat man vom Hotel kein Personal gesehen. Beim Einchecken mußte ich ewig klingeln und der Mann der kam, sagte, daß ab 19.00 niemand mehr da wäre. Man muß dann am Hintereingang aufsperren wenn man später kommt. Ich bin immer vor 19.00 dagewesen. Es war aber niemand mehr da. Heute beim Auschecken wollte ich den Zimmerschlüssel abgeben. Es war wieder niemand da. Habe den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten gelegt.

Gesamtes Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt. Als Monteursunterkunft in Ordnung. Urlaub würde ich hier wohl nicht machen. Parkplätze in der Fußgängerzone, erst ab 18 - 07 Uhr ohne Parkscheibe. Wlan funktioniert.

Auf Hotels.com wird Check in Zeit bis 22 Uhr angegeben, das ist falsch. 19 Uhr schließt die Rezeption und dann ist es nicht mehr möglich ein zu checken. Die Mitarbeiterin war so freundlich extra meinetwegen 20:30 noch einmal zum Hotel zu kommen um mir den Schlüssel zu geben 👍👍😃

Nachdem ich bei Check-In herzlichst begrüßt wurde, hat mir die Dame am Empfang ausgiebe Informationen über das Hotel, Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ebersbach inklusive eine Empfehlung über eine Laufstrecke ausgesprochen, nachdem ich mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich gerne jogge. Zusammengefasst ein hervorragender 5 Checkin (deutlich personenbezogener als in vielen 5* Hotels) in einem Mittelklasse , und in die Jahre gekommen das Hotel, in dem es sich aushalten lässt, 2-3 Nächte zu verweilen.

Bei Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass scheinbar die Buchung nicht richtig gelaufen ist. Es war eigentlich kein Zimmer da. Dann wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeordnet wo anscheinlich noch jemand wohnte, schnell wurde die noch im Zimmer befundenen Gegenstände zusammengesucht und verräumt. Dann konnten wir das Zimmer übernehme. Wir fanden dann nich einen gebrauchten Slip im Badezimmer. Wir hatten uns gerade eingerichteten als es klopfte und uns gesagt wurde, wir sollten das Zimmer wechseln. Also packten wir ganz schnell alles zusammen und gingen in das andere Zimmer. Das machte den Eindruck als wäre das das Zimmer eines Mitarbeiters, der schnell das Zimmer frei machen wusste. Es war ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, in dem nich Lebensmittel waren. Das Bad war nicht sauber. An der Duschabtrennung war alles mit Zahnpasta vollgespritzt und die Toilette war auch nicht sauber. Als wir dann den Fernseher einschalten wollten, war dieser auch noch kaputt. Die Matratze war so weich, das man das Gefühl hatte, man liegt in einer Hängematte. Insgesamt waren wir einfach nur enttäuscht.
