Cottage design was nice but appliances (dishwasher needed to be replaced) was wore out and kitchen power on counters did not work. Resort pool staff and area was nice.

Comfortable and stocked room. Pools were heated which was a big plus

I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your property. We have stayed with you the past two years and previously rated our experiences a 9 or 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, this most recent visit felt significantly below the standards we had come to expect. The beach area was noticeably unkempt, with personal items left behind in the sand and even submerged just beneath the surface of the water. We had to actively avoid or remove debris to enjoy the area safely. Around the pool, after rainfall, the chairs were left wet and unattended. Staff did not appear proactive in wiping them down or ensuring the area was guest-ready, which gave the impression of a lack of attentiveness. Additionally, the property overall seemed to lack the brightness and upkeep we remembered. In prior years, the landscaping was vibrant and beautifully maintained. This time, it felt as though maintenance and presentation were being let go.

Booked a Room for the Florida Classic Weekend, and to say it exceeded expectations is an understatement. Had a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom with a full jacuzzi ... And the best part of it all ... "The property is right down the block from the only White Castle in Florida!" "Will Be Our Go To Property From Now On!"
