Experience Orcas Island! Just a 10 minute walk to town, our 3 bedroom (plus bonus room) New England style cottage sits on 2 spacious acres, with a large meadow (perfect for kids), fruit trees, a hot tub, 3 eating areas (one of them outside), plus a BBQ and fire pit. Inside, relax in comfort on leather couches, with a wood burning fire place and 50 inch TV. The master bedroom is downstairs, and 2 additional bedrooms and a bonus room are upstairs.

Comfortable house with lots of space and everything we needed
This large, comfortable house was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and baking; the coffee grinder was a nice perk. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels; extra blankets; details such as toiletries, laundry soap, first aid kit and emergency kits. The yard is beautiful but basically unusable because of the noise: the house is located on the island’s main road, right across from a loud business and very close to the airport; between flights and when the traffic dies down there is still the constant drone of the hot tub. If you like your first cup of coffee outside in the peace and quiet, you’ll be disappointed. The house was basically clean except for the floors: we found things under the furniture, indicating that nobody cleans there; when we wiped up spilled water the cloth came up dirty. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to families or large groups.

Great stay!
Thanks Larry and company: We loved our time on Orcas and truly enjoyed the comfort and location of your place. It was a 10 min walk to Main St. and centrally located so we could visit all parts of the island. The hot tub was perfect for the cooler days. We’ll be back!

Winter getaway
Our experience was great! House and amenities were all wonderful and just as listed. Easy access to all the island. The town was sleepy due to it being winter time and winter break for the schools, so most places were closed - but we already knew that going in to it.

Great for Families
What a great spot for a late fall family weekend on Orcas. Kids loved the hot tub and spacious yard. Close to everything, well appointed kitchen and plenty of space/privacy.

Off season stay
The property was great, just as described. Being there in the off season (early October) meant there were less options open for meals, but we knew that going in. Great spot!
