「Great location right on the beach.」

「Good location, nice size bedrooms, great for family time, minor plumbing issue but it was fixed very quickly. Plenty of beach chairs and outdoor seating. Nice fire pit too…」

「Very comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen nice neighbors. Enjoyed beaches and visiting ponds and Newcomb Hollow in Wellfleet. Plenty of choices for eating out and grocery stores are close. We ate in a lot and enjoyed the property.」

「We were very happy with this cottage and the set up was particularly helpful if you have smaller children - you could sit in the TV room and not disturb children sleeping in the bedroom. The deck is lovely and large and the outdoor shower is spacious and heavenly! The one negative - terrible mosquitoes (not the house’s fault, it is a more wooded area) - made it difficult to even load / unload the car without getting eaten alive. 」

「We enjoyed this lovely home. It was fully stocked with all necessities and we loved the pool. Our favorite was the sunroom where we spent most of our time. Lovely decor and so close to the beaches! Coast Guard Beach is not to be missed! 」
