Our well-maintained property, located on a private lane on the bay side of Eastham, is only a few minutes walk to Thumpertown Beach. Not only is the beach right around the corner, but a few minutes of driving in the other direction will bring you to a number of great eateries, including the famous Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Red Barn Pizza, Karoo Restaurant, and Hole in One Bakery & Coffee Shop. Our home features an open floor plan, giving it a spacious feel, as one room flows into the next. Step in the front door to find a bright and open, nautical themed living area, with brand new furnishings, including couches, lamps, and artwork, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining area have also undergone updates, featuring new tables, chairs, and appliances. Our home sleeps four guests comfortably in three bedrooms; the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, the second bedroom with a full and two twins, and the third small room with a daybed. Our large, private yard is perfect for lawn games and great for dog lovers too! Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, central A/C, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. Such an amazing location with all the amenities you will need to have a relaxing Cape Cod getaway!

Dog friendly. Spacious. Plenty of beds. Great central A/C - It was a hot week! Nice updated Bathroom and Kitchen. Very private outdoor shower. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. Fridge lightbulb went out, Delmar replaced it same day! Nice and pleasant. We like to rent in different towns on the Cape for variety but would definitely consider this again!
We just stayed for a week in the end of July 2023 and our family of 4 loved our time there. The location so close to Thumpertown beach was fantastic. We could pop down any time to check out low tide, watch the sunset or just take a quick swim. We had a very warm and sunny week and were happy to have such great access. Also the house it self was a great combo of modern renovations and some rustic charm. We also used the back patio for meals and smores. We had brought our bikes as well and used them for trips to beach and around neighborhood. And having somewhat close access to the Cape Cod bike path was great for those who wanted longer rides. Other nice nearby features: Hole in One Bakery, Arnold's Seafood. Hope to come back again next year!
We had the best time staying at this property and are already planning when we can go back! Very clean, accommodating, and a great location!! The fact that it is dog friendly is a plus too!!
Our stay at Thumpertown Beach was just what we needed. Location was great. Very short neighborhood walk to the beach. Near to restaurants. Our only complaint really was that the dishes in the cupboards were dirty... nearly every plate and glass needed to be washed before we could use it. Other than that... appliances were new. Beds were clean and comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our choice of house to stay in.

The location is great and accurate.
The mattresses were very hard and old and need to be replaced. This made the stay difficult as we never slept great. The worst thing was needing to checkout at 9 am on a Saturday which meant
