The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. We have a few remarks: we think it's better to raise the price slightly than to charge extra for the entrance to the wellness. "Séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel vieillissant très mal insonorisé. A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver. Sans ces atouts le prix est obsolète par rapport aux prestations fournies. "

"Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Rooms super plain and spartan. Towels were not change daily, not sure why... Breakfast was average. Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere... "
