"The furnishings are worn. The second bedroom is only suitable for small children. The house is only a few metres from a busy main road with noisy traffic. The beach is unattractive. The water is too shallow for swimming. And the house is NOT in the “historic centre” of Portobelo, which is several kilometres away and consists of the ruins of a fort and a church. We were so disappointed we left after one night."

"Great time in the casita. Great location, very clean property, comfortable spaces, and host communicated with us as needed. Had a lovely weekend with family, and will consider staying here again for when we're back in town. Definitely recommend it!!"
