「Check in was insane. There was a screw up with one guest that took over 90 minutes or more to resolve. The worker did a pretty good job staying calm and multitasking. I’m old with a bad knee and I had to go upstairs and it was very hard for me. I requested a first floor room but all the young healthy construction guys got those. Then I had to go back twice to get a reliable key card. It was so so so hot and my room NEVER cooled off. My nights were very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why...
