"Says smoke free it was filled with cigarette smoke. The place is run down, dirty, blinds broken, dusty, toilet constantly running, holes in the wall dirty and stained blankets. Appliances look like they were free from the street, old and broken. Obvious water damage in the ceiling (mold?) Most disgusting! I have pictures. If I had any place to go I would have moved. Sold out for swim meet in town. Almost thought of sleeping in my rental car it was that bad."

"Stayed here while visiting my son at GFAFB. The unit was very clean and lovely and great location near the downtown area. The unit had everything we needed, and kitchen was stocked well too. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

Locked myself out of the building and couldn’t get back in till after checkout and they were very understanding and told me it was ok and to take my time checking out. I appreciated that a lot because I felt really dumb and was worried and panicked about being late on checkout."

"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"We were in Fargo for Graduation at NDSU. The appointment was within walking distance of University. The kitchen was well stocked with implements needed. Beds comfortable. It was clean and accessible. Will definitely stay again. "

"Everything was great! I particularly loved the large lit sign showing the house number when we arrived after dark. It made it easy to locate the house once we were close. I liked the breakfast food that was available because we arrived late by plane and did not have time to buy groceries. One of our group wore clean white socks inside the house and said the floors were dirty because the bottom of her socks became dirty. That person also did not like the scent of the bedding. "This was a perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation! Spacious living room, very cute decor and good location. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance plus it is across the street from Cabela’s! The guys loved that! We did have issues communicating with the property manager when we got to Grand Forks, however, they made it right with us! We would stay there again!"
