"The property is not in walking distance from the winter wonder land tubing park. Its at a dead end road and be prepared to drive all Ruidoso to throw your own trash. We also recieved the wrong code to the hot tub and didnt recieve the correct code until 4 PM the next day."

Highlights are the large TV receiver and of course the delicious burritos delivered every morning. Location is convenient to the national parks and Carlsbad restaurants and river walk.
