"On arrival to the property we were provided with incorrect direction to the house. The bunk beds did not have ladders to access the top bunk - which caused an issue and we could not use. One of the bathrooms shower leaked all over the floor. The sofa bed was filthy and did not have a mattress on it so could not be used.
