"This was the perfect hotel for a few days in Granada & to see Alhambra. A short taxi from the bus terminal and train station (12 min walk) and right in the heart of the shopping areas. Lovely hotel with modern designs and stylish room. Nice large shower too. Everything is walkable from the hotel, the old town and Alhabra are not far (amazing bus service around the city from the stop close to the city) and the flamenco caves are a short cheap bus/ taxi away and well worth a visit. "Overall good experience but I wish the staff was more diligent about handling valet. They didn't tell me that it takes 30 minutes to get the car back. In addition even when the car arrived they didn't tell us while we were waiting in the lobby. I had to go out and check for myself and found out that the car was already there. I then told the staff who then brought the key from inside which means they were aware of the car's arrival and we were sitting right in front of them."
