Easter Triple Chair Lift

Spent a lot to stay at this resort. They were still cleaning my room at 3:45pm When check-in is 4. Got the room, power went out for the entire resort around 9pm. There was limited updates, still no power the next morning. Told they had no idea when power would be back. Everything was closed and shut down. We decided to play it safe and tried to check out a day early and head home. The front desk told us we would get a refund for that night and would put a note on file. Found out power wasn’t restored until the following day at 6am… if we would have stayed we would have had no power, no hot water, no food for our entire stay. Then just found out they are not offering refunds for the day we left early. Shame on copperpoint resort. I will not go back there
