「廻りにレストランも無く、ホテルにカジュアルなレストランとステーキレストランがあるだけででした。ホテル自体は設備も普通に良かったし、スタッフも親切で快適に過ごせました。 」

「Very clean room. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.」

「Staff did not pick up dirty towels and did not leave clean towels. Always had to go to the front desk for clean towels」

「The staff during breakfast was rude when my son accidentally let cereal pour out of the container. He wasn’t running around getting into stuff he was a child simply who made a mistake and he acted like it was the end of the world having to scoop some cereal into the trash can.」

「The room itself was very clean and well appointed. The only criticism I have is that the lights over the bed were very bright and there was no desk. In terms of maintenance, there was wallpaper peeling off the wall in the hallway near the elevator on the 4th floor and the gap between the shower floor and walls needed caulking (Room 422). Really minor issues that can be easily addressed by the property.」

「Clean room. My only complaint is that trash out side needed to be cleaned up more often. It was pretty obvious customer's left there carry out bags from dining out on the side walk. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.」

「The property location was very convenient to the highway and to many shops and restaurants.」

「The TV remote didn't work because there were no batteries in the remote. The remote was replaced and initially worked but only for a couple of hours. We had to unplug the cable from the TV when we went to bed. Around one in the morning, the smoke alarm started periodic beeping. The desk clerk said it was a low battery but they did not have spare batteries and he would leave a note for maintenance. He told us to remove the battery and left a step stool (which was not tall enough)outside the door....

「Always great when I stay here!」
