Fun family-friendly home in the heart of adventure! Unwind in the hot tub, challenge friends in the game room (ping pong, air hockey, arcade), cook up a storm in the kitchen, go for a walk on the canal that goes behind the house, or relax with a movie in the cozy bunk room. This spot is perfect for fun or work, groups or families. Conveniently located to all the favorites: Mission Ridge, Leavenworth, Chelan, Gorge Amphitheater, Wenatchee loop trail. Your Wenatchee Valley basecamp awaits! 

• Main Space: We wanted to go with a “fun super cool grandpa moves to Wenatchee” kinda vibe. Functional great room design that promotes togetherness. Dining table seats 10, island has another 4 stools. Kitchen is stocked with most normal cooking tools perfect for making meals. There is a grill on the deck easily accessible from the kitchen. Deck with Views: Start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail on the deck off the kitchen. Take in lovely sunset views of the foothills mountains and Columbia River. In warmer seasons, enjoy the sounds of the nearby canal and explore the Canal trails.

• Bedroom 1: Retreat to the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, desk and chair, spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom complete with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy panoramic views of the hills (but don’t worry we have a curtains so passengers don’t get panoramic views of YOU 😂😂)

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with nightstands and lamps + closet.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with desk if you need a work away situation. Closet. Bathroom 2: (Upstairs) Full bath, sink, shower/tub combo, toilet, mirror.

• Bunk Room: Perfect for kids or groups, the custom-built bunk room features 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds), each equipped with curtains for privacy, individual lamps, and charging stations. This room also includes a large TV, comfortable couch, a designated working/crafts station and board games, + bathroom with a tub/shower combo, sink, and mirror.

• Bonus Room: The converted garage space serves as a fun-filled game room with a ping pong table, basketball shooter, air hockey, and retro arcades. We also provide kids toys and bikes for outdoor play in the cul-de-sac.

• Backyard Bliss: Our fully fenced backyard offers a solid blend of relaxation and fun! Unwind and rejuvenate in the inviting hot tub, surrounded by the tranquility of the mountains. The grassy area provides ample space for outdoor activities and play. Enjoy quality time under the bistro lights with loved ones in this delightful outdoor setting.
