The staff were overall helpful but all seemed to be very unhappy at work. The elevator was broken twice so we had to use the service elevator.

I would plan to stay here from now on for all trips to Boston. It was such a convenient location and the hotel/room was BEAUTIFUL. Stayed here after a stressful trip elsewhere and this was the perfect reset I needed for relaxation and sleep. Staff was incredibly nice and so convenient having a restaurant downstairs.

The staff was above and beyond courteous and accommodating. Rooms wonderful. My new favorite hotel in Boston

The hotel is in a good location, is clean and staff is professional. The beds weren’t that comfortable, no hooks at all anywhere in the bathroom to hang a towel or toiletries bag. There is only 2 drawers to put away clothes. The lighting in the room was not good either. A small lamp one side table and 1 standing lamp. Coffee maker was good but very loud. We’re a family of 4 so all of this made it not as comfortable. It might be fine for 2 people.

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent
