This home, the neighborhood, and the hosts provided everything we needed for a beautiful, relaxing, care free weekend on the Cape. The views are stunning, the house is charming, the beach is private and mere steps away, and Janice and Jeff were the easiest to work with. We can't wait to go back for another stay soon - you can't beat those sunsets. Highly recommend trying this place out for yourself!

The property is lovely with amazing views and easy access to a private beach. Super clean and very cozy. Great for a romantic fall getaway, but would also be perfect with a family and at the height of summer season. Check in process was super easy, and Janice was very helpful. We had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The cottage is comfortable, clean, up-to-date and everything needed is provided. Beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay from 2 bedrooms, living area, kitchen and deck. Short walk down a boardwalk to a beautiful private beach. Met the owner Janice who couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.

This was our 6th or 7th time staying at the Hannah family beach house and as always we had an enjoyable and relaxing week. We love our weeks at this comfortable beach house. The views are absolutely spectacular. The house was clean and has all the amenities, and makes for a relaxing vacation. We look forward to getting back to the beach house in 2015.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Hannah cottage. The charming house is equipped with everything you'd need for a perfect respite....even a Keurig coffeemaker! The view is gorgeous and the beach lovely for long, peaceful walks. I think the fall is the best time for the Cape if one is looking for peace and quiet. The beaches aren't crowded....restaurants either! This could easily become our annual trek.

The property is well-laid out and has a great view of the ocean, while not being right on the beach. It was very quiet and restful. There's a gas-powered fireplace and base-board heating that work really well. It's very well organized and maintained and was a pleasure to share for a brief while

This was our 8th or 9th stay at the Hannah Family Beach house over the last 6 years. We love the location, views, and easy access to the private beach. It is a short 2 minute walk from the house to the board walk over the dunes and onto the beach. Very easy and convenient to run back up to the house when needed. Looking forward to returning in 2016.

Thank you Jannice and Jeff, for providing such a cozy all season cottage in this fabulous location. It was the perfect place for my three autumn weeks. The comfortable cottage met all my needs. The views were great. The neighborhood pleasing. The beach the best. And J&J, you were excellent hosts, I cannot wait to return.

Our stay at the SeasCape was wonderful!! The views are Amazing, the cottage is Adorable and it has everything you need! It does not disappoint. The Beach is Beautiful it is a 2 minutes walk from the back deck. We look forward to another visit in the future!! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!!

This is a lovely cozy little cabin perfectly situated for ocean views. You can see the ocean from every room in the house and it has a great deck with table and a variety of chairs: adirondack, zero gravity, beach chairs as well as all kinds of other supplies for vacation fun such as tennis rackets, golf clubs, life jackets, surf boards etc. it has everything you need for a fun and fulfilling vacation. Also, it is just steps from the beach access. Janice is also a very lovely person and so gracious and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at this property over a long weekend in March and were lucky to have relatively mild weather during our visit. The deck provides a perfect view for relaxing, the private beach is a 2 minute walk (and was empty), and the neighborhood is very quiet. The gas fireplace quickly heats up the house in the evenings-- it was really windy that weekend-- and makes the house feel really cozy. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We also enjoyed the location in East Sandwich. There are restaurants, a great cafe, and a convenience store within a few minute drive. We will definitely come back again in low season!

I visited end of March with my dog. The beach is gorgeous and spacious. I actually went it the water up to my knees - really clean / clear. This would be a wonderful place to go swimming in the summer. The house was super cute, very clean, and you could see the ocean beach from almost every window. The deck looked right out onto the beach. The beach was a minute away down the steps. I'd like to come back in the summer and Fall. The owner was lovely with her follow up VM and text to me. Spectacular view of the ocean from the spacious deck, especially at sunset. (My partner teared up from the sheer beauty when she first saw it!) Also enjoyed the zero-gravity chair on the deck, and the binoculars. The interior is thoughtfully decorated, and we appreciated the investment in the additional half-bath (especially when we entertained a family of four for dinner). Kitchen is well-supplied (yay, multiple cutting boards!), and we were grateful for the variety of pillows with each bed. All the key information was posted on the refrigerator door. Janice was supremely responsive and even lent us a music stand when she found out we hadn't packed one. Our dog enjoyed the front yard for games of fetch in the morning, and we walked her on the beach every night (dogs are allowed before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m.). The outdoor shower helped us keep sand out of the house. Our only regret is that we didn't book far enough in advance to stay there for another week!

Amazing cottage with room for the 5 of us, 3 teens and us parents. Beautiful deck with space to eat, read a book, grill and lay down. Outdoor shower has warm settings so you can swim on a cooler day and not freeze before you enter the cute cottage. I cooked 3 meals a day and baked often. It was an ample size kitchen with plenty of cookware and bakeware. Muffins, breads. Yum. The freezer was stocked with ice and the fridge was good sized. The 1 5 bathrooms were great. The kids loved their rooms and we loved the cozy bedroom with a great view. Tv had all the channels for the late nights for the teens. Great beach. Chairs were reasy for you to take down the short walk to the boardwalk. Beach and water was lovely. Will stay here again!!!

I stayed here for three nights with my 5 yo daughter, my mother and a friend. It was the perfect get-a-way for three generations of girls. We needed three separate bedrooms, and enough space to be together, but not be on top of one another. This beautiful cottage fit the bill perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped for all of our needs, including cooking meals each night. The beds were very comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Everything was very clean and of great quality. The decor was really nice- beachy without being overdone. The cottage, which actually was a fully equipped four season home, left nothing to be desired, except for more time to stay. We visited during a very chilly, rainy week, and we were so cozy in the cottage. The views were spectacular. Janice was very responsive during the entire process, from booking to after check-out. She kindly welcomed us with a hand-written note and a bottle of wine! We would surely stay again.

I grew up on Cape Cod summers. I can't say enough about this property. Janice was terrific. My 74-year-old husband, who uses a cane and can't walk on sand, was happy as a clam on the deck. I ordered the aptly named Bliss zero gravity chairs for our house in Vermont! Our 27 and 30-year-old boys drove up from Brooklyn with their mini goldendoodle Louie. I loved walking him through the marsh path during the day and playing fetch at water's edge at 6 pm. We are serious cooks, and there was nothing lacking in the kitchen. We did bring our own knives, JK Adams cutting board, and Breville juicer for margaritas. The gas grill was a breeze. Janice found a way to perfectly balance modern comforts with a true cottage feeling. I even loved her art. I hesitated to write this review because I want to make sure there is a week for me in 2021!!
