「From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash. David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him. This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...

「Everything was fantastic after we got our key but what happened was it was too much noisy and in the bathrooms there was no hand wash but room wise fantastic had no problem and hopefully there was a fan there because it gets quite hot in there but overall a fantastic place to go to and I go every 1 to 2 weeks and I like that it’s in one place where I got food near me and corner shops so yeh 」

「Was okay wanted some extra pillow and they got them delivered the same day which is good. Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Just swipe your hand next too it and it comes on. 」

"The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked."

"出張で6泊しました。朝食がおいしくて毎日楽しみでした。近くのビクトリア公園と目の前のニューウォークがお気に入りです。飲食も近くにありますし、歩くのが嫌でなければ市街地も徒歩圏内です。気になる点としては、床がギシギシいうことと、窓の開閉が大変なこと、冷房と冷蔵庫がないことです（小さなな扇風機は2個ありましたが、1個は壊れていました。）。掃除は毎日しっかりしていただきましたが、人によってお菓子や紅茶の補充を忘れているようで、時に残念な気持ちになりました。毎日補充される水はペットボトルではなく瓶でした。相対的にコスパはよいかと思います。"

"ノッティンガム城のすぐ近くです。駅から歩いて約15分、バスを利用してもバス停から8分ほど歩きます。但し、駅からはずっと上り坂なので重い荷物を持っていると苦労します。徒歩10分ほどで町の中心部に行けます。部屋はとても広くてバスタブもあり、快適な滞在が出来ました。レセプションスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋の清掃と行き届いていました。唯一の難点は、Wi-Fiが不安定だったことです。いつも別のホテルを利用していましたが、次回からはこちらを利用しようと思います。"
