This single level home offers the ideal location for your next getaway. Explore the local area, stroll to the beach for shell collecting and views of Martha’s Vineyard across the Vineyard Sound, head up to Smitty’s homemade ice cream, Cape Cod Winery or Bad Martha Farmers Brewery, all within 5 minutes drive. Further afield, drive down to Woods Hole and hop on the ferry for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.

Enter the foyer and you will discover the living room and majority of the home to the left and the master bedroom suite with attached bathroom including a bathtub and separate shower as well as a bonus room with twin bed and full laundry to your right, providing an element of privacy. Walk though the beautiful, light living room with vaulted ceilings and you will find a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower and a bunk room with a full bed and two twins. This bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo. Continue past the bedrooms into a fantastic, open plan family room, dining and kitchen area with plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is also a detached bunk house (no heat), which includes a full bed and twin bed above (accessible via a ladder), and a full bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen has sliding glass doors onto the huge back deck, the perfect place to eat meals, sip beverages, or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of the mature gardens and catch the ocean breeze. The Window A/C Units throughout the home will keep you and your guests cool and comfortable on those hot summer days and nights. Sheets and bath towels will be provided to all guests with beds made upon your arrival. Also, this home is dog friendly (1 dog max), so don’t forget to bring along your pup. Wonderful place on the Cape!

This is an adorable, clean house with many updates! It had plenty of room for our group of 7. The backyard is beautiful and the bunkhouse is charming. The location is perfect and close to the beach. We really enjoyed this property and highly recommend it!

Comfortable and Large Property

Our stay was very good. The communication via email was easy and gave all the information we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. One suggestion is maybe a welcome packet with information on places to see or eat. We’d be back with family if we go to the Cape again.

Amazing home

One of the best rental homes we have stayed in. Beautifully furnished with multiple areas for relaxing or watching TV. Super clean and lots of amenities. Poor weather didn't allow us to utilize the nice outdoor living space but there was plenty of seating, a gas grill and portable cooler as well a shuffle board court. A wonderful stay.

Beautiful home.

Great getaway!

This was our home for a girls getaway - the property and house were wonderful. Very comfortable spaces, well equipped kitchen, large yard and convenient location. The layout of the house is great for several people - felt like you had your own space for sleeping but nice common spaces for cooking and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great stay!

Private Beach Getaway

The house is old school cape, quaint but big enough, the yard is large and private. Location is superb, easy walk to semi-private beach and shell fishing. Easy access to everywhere but off the beaten path. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable

My girls and I went down for a partial week stay and enjoyed the clean and comfortable space. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, had some nice breakfasts on the deck and the loved the short walk to the beach. We are already looking forward to coming back.
