"Top notch attentiveness and friendliness from the staff. They were the highlight of our stay. Even staff that isn’t “guest-facing,” like housekeeping and landscaping, were friendly and helpful. Props to our butler Pablo, masseuse Ferdi, bartender Sugely, and waiter Freddy.
Location is convenient to the Punta Cana airport. The beach is quite nice with clear water, fish, and sometimes sea weed.
It wasn’t over-crowded; it was easy to get through the buffet or get a chair or cabana at the pools.
The restaurant food was good, particularly the steak restaurant. The buffet food was typical of other all inclusives I have stayed at. Dinner and breakfast were good; lunch so so. Lots of drink options.
Rooms were good, but the facility shows some signs of age and the elements. For instance, our room was musty (a dehumidifier helped a ton) and never got cool enough.
Spa was outstanding. Staff was skilled and accommodating.
Between the pools, beach, staff entertainment, bars, nightclub, gyms, shows, escape room, spa, and casino, there is tons to do here.
Everything seemed extremely safe. Had no issue letting my teens roam around. After a day or two the staff knew our family what adults belong to our kids."
