「The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)」

「The entire property was beautiful.. just breath taking. The pools and property was always clean with staff maintaining the property all day. My butler Rafael Peguero was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, helpful, checked in on us everyday, made sure we were taken care of even when he was off, he made our stay so much better. The personal touches he provided for my birthday was everything. The dinner and the rose petals in the room was amazing! 」

「Rafael our concierge was great! He booked us restaurants, made sure we had carts anytime we needed,& made us feel right at home! Resort room was beautiful! Beach was clean and big. Food was good! 」
