"Overall we had a great time, the food is an all inclusive resort so it is never going to be great but it was good. The hibachi was very good, we did not like the Mexican restaurant and there was a 60 min wait. The worst part was sitting through the vacation package offer, they said it would be 90 min, we wasted almost 3 hours of our day listening to 4 different sales reps. I would never ever do that again. We figured we would listen for the discounted spa and excursion but I would rather pay full price then waste that much time and tell 4 different people we are not interested. I would strongly recommend not sitting through that unless you are actually considering buying something."

"The hotel is very modern and well maintained. Staff were so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend. Since it is an all-inclusive resort, we just wish there were more people serving drinks by the pool and were more attentive. We had to go and get our own drinks because by the time we received our drinks they were melted and watered down."

"Las áreas de piscina necesitan todo el tiempo música, la verdad bien muerto,las actividades dicen a una hora y empiezan a otra y aveces ni se dan las actividades en el día. La verdad muy muerto. Ah y en las habitaciones entran los empleados cuando quieren no hay letrero en la puerta para que no molesten. El concepto del hotel"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.the Room was great, updated and clean. Maximo the manager at customer service was very helpful, he even got in touch with the airport and helped us with our lost baggage. Maria, our cleaning lady in building 10 took such great care of us. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to accommodate anything we needed. Her hard work and attention to detail really made our stay more comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!"
