There were two adults in our party, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a beautiful ocean view. The property offers several great amenities. "This place was excellent! We decided to spend an extra night in Boothbay on a whim and stumbled upon Topside. We loved it so much that we'll absolutely be back. Breakfast the next morning was such a treat. It felt luxurious without being pretentious—beautifully done, warm, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect way to end our stay, and we can't wait to return."

"Property was just OK, but not what you would expect for the amount of money they charge per night. Old style motel rooms with no sound proofing are all for adjoining rooms or rooms above if you are on the first floor. Next time I would just spend a bit more and stay on the harbor."

"This is an old property. Outdated small rooms. It was reasonably clean. If you want to be in the village, it is on the water. It's expensive due to location, not because it's a great place. There are better options that are still easy walking distance to the village."
