Parking garage and stairs smells like urine

The restaurant manager Peter was rude, defensive, and not accomodating. Also, some of the food is lacking (i.e. graprefruit juice is a juice drink and not juice). Adrian is great though

I was attending a convention with 1,000+ people. They only had 2 of 4 elevators working. It was chaos and a lot of frustrated people. Hopefully they can get those repaired soon. Wish they would have gotten their technicians there on Sat morning when they realized there was a problem.

From checking in to checking out, everything was excellent. Quick check in. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Staying in the Grizzly Bear suite was as advertised. It was spacious and very clean. The water park is huge and fun. There is also an outdoor pool area that was nice. I highly recommend grabbing one of the outdoor cabanas to lay by the pool for swimming and relaxing. There isn’t any fine dining but there were a handful of food options. If you decide to dine out, there are several great options close and in the area. Over all, a great place. My family and I are definitely going to do it again.
