「This was a great fun place for a girls weekend. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Good AC. Very nice neighbors and complex. Good price and deal. About a mile walk to larimer square and 16th Street and LoDo. Plenty of cheap Uber if you don't want to walk or use the lime scooters. 」

「Nice place, friendly host, close to an amazing park and places to grab a bite. Walking distance to National Jewish Hospital. Fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. Would stay again.」

「The unit is in a building with other rentals and is generally quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and in a walkable area with restaurants and entertainment nearby. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. A nearby liquor store parking lot was active at night, but it was mostly not an issue.」

「Host was super nice and had great communication. It's a cozy 1BR. We were 2 adults & 2 teenagers & it did the job for us with a king size bed and double size futon. Nicely decorated. Amenities in the kitchen, bathroom & laundry room helped a lot.」

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
