It is great place to stau, room was clean, bigger and staff is friendly. I reached at 1am so didnt get free shuttle but they gave me number of global parking shuttle and they charge $10 but you have option. I would recommend this place

Great stay with comfortable bed, spacious and modern interior and decor. Nice city views, and convenient and walkable to restaurants, shops, in heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Would highly recommend above just an average hotel stay since it was in same price range.

My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.

I felt duped. This property is in a very run down neighborhood. The gated parking had a fence but no gate . You park at your own risk. While it is clean and rooms are decent, there are virtually no amenities. You would never walk anywhere from this location. The breakfast is , literally, a croissant ...
