"Terrible hotel and terrible service! I waited exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport shuttle to come and made 5 phone calls to repeat everything. Non smoking property they say, but my first room had a terrible smell.
Next morning I requested airport shuttle, but when I came down, there was a big black lady sitting and saying "sorry sir we don't have your name, I can't help you" and I took uber for 20$.
Hotel needs to update its services! Just don't go until then."
"The hotel was new and clean, providing comfortable days before and after our flight. Kelly served wonderful breakfast at the restaurant, we would definitely come back to see her again. For those with disabled, it took less than 1-min by walk from the airport, either from the ground level or 5th floor of the terminal."
