「From the moment we stepped into the hillside unit, we felt welcomed and relaxed. Fresh muffins were waiting for us after a long trip, along with notes on the unit and nearby attractions. The unit was clean and was stocked with all you would need on a trip. Would definitely be back to visit here again!」

「The house is advertised as pet friendly, though before our stay the hosts requested we sign an agreement that stated absolutely no pets were allowed. When bringing up the contradiction we were told “good catch”, an experience that didn’t instill much confidence in our stay. During the night we were there, we let our dog into the backyard to go potty and locked the doors (as it said we should in the agreement they sent us). We were woken up to a banging noise at 3 am, someone had been banging on...

「A staff member from the property contacted me via cell phone 24 hours prior to our check-in to notify us that our reservation was cancelled (reason will keep private per HIPAA) and that we'd receive a full refund. After multiple voicemail and email messages to the property, the only response from them was to Expedia Customer Service denying any form of refund. 「We stayed four night. Very quiet area. Two bedrooms. Queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Bedrooms are on the second floor with one bathroom tub with a shower. Toilet in laundry room on main level. Full kitchen and dining area. Work well for the three adults in our group.」

「We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice older home. Lots of room. I would read the amenities list better next time It listed a washer but not a dryer. There was one, but did not work. Staying several days , we went to the laundromat to dry clothes. The fireplace did not work, but the house stayed warm. Thank you.」
