"This place was so cute and cozy! Host was always prompt with conversations and answers to my questions. The place itself was neat and my partner and I enjoyed the atmosphere all around .. we enjoyed walking about the stay.. in addition to the beautiful views of the mountains. "Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough."
"My family of six spent Presidents' Day weekend at this Hunter location for a ski trip, and it was fantastic! The convenience of the location was a game-changer; we could walk to and from the slopes in our ski boots without any real issues. The ski in/out setup was perfect for our family since everyone wanted to start and end their day at different times. While the description states it's an 11-minute walk to the lift if you walk around, there's actually a shortcut through the parking lot that gets you to the slopes in about five minutes.
The place was clean and had everything we needed. We chose to dine in, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare our meals after a trip to the grocery store.
During our stay, we experienced a winter ice and wind storm, but the association did an excellent job keeping the roads clear, and the pathways were shoveled and salted.
I had only a few questions, but the owner was very responsive through the VRBO message site.
Overall, it was a great trip, and we would definitely do it again!"
