Park in your designated parking area and open your car door to the peaceful sound of the waves. The cottage is accessed by a short walk across a lawn.
The beach at Port Talbot is in a very natural state. Driftwood, sand and rocks are deposited and removed by the lake at will and we do not try to maintain it. We have in the past and have found fighting Mother Nature is a futile task that we generally lose. So, we gather up all the driftwood in the spring for a spring cleaning and then let the lake do what it will for the rest of the year. It can be difficult to walk on somedays and then on other days pristine.
Other things to note
The shower stall is pretty small.
