Overall, this was a good experience and met the requirements of our group. The home was comfortable and had two good spaces for the four of us to hang out together. The only negative was that access to all the bedrooms and bathrooms required going up and down stairs. 3 of the 4 of us are 70 with some bad knees.But, with that said, we would rent this place again.

Had everything we needed for 6 guys who were there for fly fishing - we relaxed in the evenings and used the grill and outdoor patio and kitchen quite a bit - downstairs tv room was great to watch movies before bed. Plenty of amenities for kitchen and bathrooms.

Great Accomodations

Excellent communications with the host, super clean and accomodating for all of us. Extremely comfortable, kitchen fully equiped for cooking along with outside grill making evenings enjoyable after a day out on the river. Beds were great, AC appreciated; overall a great place to stay the week in Dutch John.

Perfect homebase for Green River trip

After a long day on the water hauling in trophy trout, it was nice to come back to this well-appointed home. It had everything we needed to relax, throw some steaks on the grill, and watch some baseball (satellite TV!). We definitely want to come back to Dutch John and do it all over again!

Drifting the Green River

We stayed at this property so my sons and I could fish the Green River downstream from Flaming Gorge Dam. It suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely consider staying there again when next in the area.

Perfect house for a fishing outing

Very comfortable and well suited house. Great accommodations in the Dutch John area. We've stayed there twice and it's well kept and welcoming! Well situated kitchen and thoughtful touches.

Modern clean & spacious house

This is a modern, centrally located, spacious and nicely appointed home. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean with modern faucets, etc. There are plenty of towels, shampoo other amenities provided. The kitchen is nice and spacious and adequately equipped for making simple meals. There is a large den type of room with TV, etc. The owner responds almost immediately to texts and calls. In summary a very nice place to stay.
