「This cottage is homey, clean, convenient and perfect. We adored it. We booked it as a place to crash after a family wedding and were blown away by how charming and well appointed it is. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again if we were in the area.」

「Very cute little cabin! We loved the decor and feel of the place. One thing that surprised us if that this cabin is actually attached to a house where the family lives. When we pulled up we thought maybe we were in the wrong place because the listing doesn’t mention it being attached to the main house. There were multiple trailers or dwelling units (2-3) and other people living on the property so it seems. We thought it was a stand alone cabin. It ended up being fine but definitely something...

「Overall, this was a great little home base to explore the areas of Grass Valley and Nevada City. It was perfect walking distance to pretty much everything in downtown Grass Valley, including shops and restaurants. The area seemed safe, clean, and the neighbors were friendly with us.
We loved how the Treetop Loft included a kitchen, laundry, and beyond. That seems perfect for people that like to be outdoors or if you wanted to cook to save some money.
Pros: Great location, fair price,...

「What a wonderful place to stay for our first time visiting Grass Valley! Kyle and Sita were excellent hosts, and the property was beautiful and lively with gardens, cats, and color everywhere. The cottage we stayed in was super comfortable, clean, and cozy and was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was a quick easy walk into town but tucked away in a quiet corner which suited us perfectly. Thanks for a lovely time!」

「Laura was so great at communicating, she is a perfect host. I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing.」
