"This was my 7th visit to the Divi All Inclusive. Was disappointed in the breakfast meal. I had to wait in line for coffee, only 1 machine for all the guests. Come on, mostly everyone wants coffee at breakfast! There used to be pots of coffee available. Also, had to return my omelet 2x, wasn’t cooked, wrong ingredients. I know it sounds petty but we pay a lot of $ to stay here! Otherwise everything else was fantastic, the lunch, dinners, and drinks. We were able to get dinner reservations at all of the restaurants. The meals were top notch. Room was clean and staff were always helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean. Shower was a little under the weather. We did have an issue with check in. It took 3 extra hours to get our room. Not ideal after a long travel day, but after that it was a very nice week. "

"Very enjoyable experience and the suite was gigantic. Fit a family of 4 easily. The experience started off with Lovely, who in fact was lovely and answered all our questions and made great recommendations"

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."

"Suite is nice , but they forgot to lock the other bedroom ( they are all 2 bedroom suites if u only book one room they just lock the other ) Then they tried to charge me for the other room when we didn’t use it .. and they still never locked it The restaurant is only one on roof and it’s not good at all … it’s actually kind of really bad I got ceviche and it was slimy . There is no desserts. Staff is nice best part .. whirlpool is luke warm. Also to give u a tip bring cash all taxis take cash only "

"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you!
