「We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. 「Victor is amazing to work with! He answered all our questions/concerns immediately. He helped us book a rental car for our trip as well. Gold Coast is a great resort area to stay in-pools, gym, and the restaurant onsite was excellent. The private pool was nice to have for our kids. The only negative for us was that the master bedroom is listed as having a king bed-it does not. It is a queen bed. Everything else in the listing was accurate. Nice stay!」
