Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Auswahl an alternativen Produkten vorallem bei Unverträglichkeiten. Schlecht jedoch die fehlende Klimaanlage, nicht saubere Handtücher - voller Make-Up, Blutfleck auf dem Bettlaken und nicht einmal ausgetauscht, Lüftung im Bad voll mit Staubflocken, Dusche war eine Lanpe defekt und Toilettenpapierhalter nicht richtig befestigt. Zum Thema Klimaanlage war der Rezeptionist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass er auch einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
