Beautiful hotel genuinely helpful staff!

We’ve stayed here twice now and each time amazed at how genuinely helpful and considerate the staff are. The property is immaculate and gives you a sense of cleanliness and comfort which helped us to completely relax on our trip. We will be booking again for sure!

Superb stay!

We had an overall very positive experience. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the room was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We highly recommend the Voco.

Nice, modern hotel with decent sized & clean rooms. Very polite, international staff. Hotel is within Düsseldorf Altstadt, however, there is are train & bus stations near by (max 7 min walking distance) that take you into the core of Düsseldorf within 15 min.

A modem and clean hotel, in the upmarket Oberkastle area of Dusseldorf. The room on the 6 floor had a good city view, was a good size. Bed was very comfy. There’s even a Kamps cafe right next door with delicious breads and pastries. Only two drawbacks: no free drinking water after the first night, and nothing English on TV except the news. Good for a short business or leisure stay.

Wir konnten unser Zimmer erst um 17.30 Uhr beziehen, obwohl Check-in ab 15.00 Uhr möglich sein soll. Das war besonders ärgerlich, da wir wegen Termin fest mit dem Zimmer ab 15.00. Uhr gerechnet haben. Sie waren nicht auf Andrang eingestellt. Und wir haben keinerlei Entschädigung angeboten bekommen. Darüber hinaus hat das Hotel einen guten Eindruck gemacht

Wir waren aus Hamburg angereist, um abends auf das Backstreet Boys Konzert zu gehen. Damit wir spät abends nicht wieder zurück fahren mussten, haben wir uns diese Unterkunft gebucht. Als wir angekommen sind und einchecken wollten, war eine lange Warteschlange mit extrem langer Wartezeit. Als wir endlich dran waren, kam nur die Info, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Es war mittlerweile 16 Uhr und Check-In war ab 15 Uhr möglich. Es war ein Riesen Chaos, alle Hotelgäste wurden vertröstet auf unbestimmte Zeit. Die Aussage, dass es keine Reinigungskräfte gäbe, gab dem Ganzen einen faden Beigeschmack. Unsere Hotel Mitarbeiterin wirkte gestresst und überfordert. Nur weil ich darauf bestanden habe, mein Zimmer sofort zu beziehen und sonst ein Gespräch mit dem Hotelmanager wollte, habe ich dann doch noch ein freies Zimmer bekommen. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.
