Very clean.. the owners and staff are very caring. Big rooms with lots of space. Air conditioning is great.. it takes like 2 min for the whole room to get cold even if it has been off for hours. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful time at Cela Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had necessary amenities. The staff were very hospitable even going out of their way to help. The property is in a good location, close to the beach and not too far from other popular spots.

This hotel was situated in the heart of the Durres boardwalk with access to everything! It was new and clean but not often staffed at the desk. There was usually someone downstairs at the gelato shop that could reach the hotel management, but they were happy to help with excursions and rides when needed. We would definitely come back!

Our experience at Cela Boutique Hotel was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We arrived late at night as a family of three – myself, my partner, and my 14-year-old child. Upon arrival, there was no receptionist or member of staff available to welcome or assist us. The only person we saw was a man sleeping across two chairs near the breakfast area. I had specifically booked and paid for a Junior Suite, which was the most expensive room option available at the time of booking. The room was small and cramped, with the single bed for our 14-year-old placed directly against the double bed, leaving very little space between us. The room was also extremely hot when we arrived, and nothing had been prepared or switched on in advance to make it comfortable for arriving guests. The booking advertised a city view. I have attached photographs of the actual “view” from our room: a parking area, buildings and numerous cables and wires. Calling this a city view is, in my opinion, highly misleading. Noise was another major problem. We experienced significant noise, alarms and other disturbances during the day, evening and, most frustratingly, throughout the night. During the two days we stayed at the hotel, we were repeatedly unable to find anyone at reception. There was no receptionist present when we arrived, when we needed assistance, or when we eventually left.

Hotellet hade ett bra läge, så att man kan gå överallt. Stilrent men hård säng. Dessvärre var det väldigt hög ljud omkring vilket störde sömnen. Vi hade även rummet utanför trappen så vi hörde alla som sprang ut och in.

over dit hotel valt niks negatief te vertellen. zowel het personeel van de receptie, huishoudsters als het personeel in het restaurant zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ultra modern, conmfortabel en heel netjes. Het onbtijt is geen buffet die er al uren ligt maar wordt vers bereidt op het moment zelf, verser kan dus niet. zeer lekker ontbijt en je zal niet met honger van tafel gaan want je krijgt echt wel genoeg. Ik zou hier zeker nog verblijven.
