The toilet flush was not very strong. The room has plenty of space but you might want to reconsider if you’re going in the summer as the room does not have air conditioning.

We've stayed at this hotel in the past, always a great experience. This time round it was that much better because of the staff. The lady working on reception when we checked in, was friendly and efficient. Accommodating to our request on check in for a fan, and for a later check out. It was hugely appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly but having stayed in bannatyne hotels previously, this one is extremely disappointing. No breakfast was included nor was the gym so all additional extras and to be told if I booked direct the gym would have been included is very unhelpful. The one morning I went over to the health club for breakfast I was greeted by a very unhappy woman behind the till in the cafe who complained she had too much going on by herself. This might have had something to do with 5 members of staff stood at reception talking! Definitely won’t be staying here again, utterly ridiculous!

Really noisy room- Chinese water torture dripping sound and everything creaked. Apart from that generally clean and ok for a single overnight. There are extra charges for the gym/pool.
