ダーラムのアパート

「This was a great apartment for my wife and I, who were looking to do some kayaking in the area. Our host Kristen was very helpful and available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This property had an extremely strong cat/ litter box odor. It was also pretty buggy- we found many bugs alive and dead throughout the house. AC or humidifier machines leaked. My friend thought she heard scurrying throughout the upstairs room. Many of the items like mirrors were hung too high to be usable. The home fulfilled our purposes for the weekend but I would not return.」

「Felt like coming home. Moved out of state 20 yrs ago. 」

「Very clean and comfortable with easy communication with host I recommend this unit to all who want to visit Wallingford or who desire to take the train to ny or Boston etc」

「Good stay. Great experience」

「Clean & comfortable, in an architecturally unique setting. Great proximity to a variety of downtown shops & restaurants - check out Center Street Brewing Co. for some excellent beer.」

「The pictures must have been old. Very deceiving. Expected it to be more spacious. Hard to get in and out because of the busy road」

「Having fresh towels ready along with an in-room microwave really helped snacking late at night be more convenient」

「Room size was generous while cooling air conditioning kept temperatures pleasant during our entire stay. Check-ins were efficient too so arrivals matched up nicely with our plans ahead each day perfectly fine!」

「Didn't go to a winery.Chris's was a perfect spot for me... For a Steelers fan. 」

「We had a great experience at this lovely property! Elizabeth was an excellent host- she accommodated a special request I had with grace and checked in with us to make sure all was well - which it was. We’d love to come back. Thank you」

「This is the second time we have stayed at this location, although it was a different "platform/room." Once again, a very nice stay. Room was perfect for the 2 of us, and all the right ameneties. This is a perfect location within Wallenford, with access to everything, whether walking or driving. The property is very well maintained, and feels very secure. 」

「Heating worked effectively, along with easy-to-use TV controls that left me satisfied throughout my visit here.」

「I discovered fleas or some type of small, flying insects in and on the bed linens after feeling itchy when I tried to fall asleep. Since I couldn’t sleep with bugs, my friend and I had to pack up very late in the evening and go elsewhere. The hosts came to the apartment before we left and tried first to say we must have opened a window and let in the bugs. Then they said it was just nature. We said sorry, but we can’t sleep with bugs. The host issued only a partial refund. This was a total...

「There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. That being said the location...

「Host was very responsive, responding within minutes to my messages and checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Great location. Easy access to Yale. Clean comfortable accommodation!」
