Durbuy Hillside Family Villa

Located just 7 km from the romantic town of Durbuy, this spacious 7-bedroom villa is perfect for families, nature lovers, and team-building retreats. Set on the edge of a quiet village, the home offers a large garden with petanque court, sunny terrace, and play equipment for children. With space for up to 15 guests, it’s ideal for group getaways in the Ardennes.

Inside, the villa features a relaxation room with sauna, table tennis, table football, and a fitness area. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for shared meals, and the cozy living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and parking is available on-site.

Explore the caves of Hotton (14 km) and Remouchamps (25 km), or enjoy kayaking on the Ourthe River, golf in Barvaux, and skiing in winter. The charming towns of Heyd, La Roche-en-Ardenne, and medieval Durbuy are all within easy reach. Whether you're hiking, biking, or simply relaxing, this villa offers a versatile and welcoming base in the Ardennes.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 165,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Tolles großes Haus mit Garten

Das Haus und der Garten bieten viele Möglichkeiten. Wir waren zu sieben Erwachsenen und drei Kindern dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Fast jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Dusche und Waschbecken, in der Küche ist alles was msn braucht. Es gibt eine Spielecke für Kinder und den Raum mit Kicker, Darts und Billard. Trotz Fliegennetzen vor den Fenstern waren leider viele Fliegen im Haus. Aber davon abgesehen hatten wir eine tolle Woche dort. Die Gegend ist sehr idyllisch und man kann viel unternehmen (man sollte nur wissen, dass Belgien vergleichsweise teuer ist).
