「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

「What a lovely experience. Fairway Guesthouse was sublimely superb. As a location with an absolutely stunning view of the golf course overlooking the sea and Durban cityscapes, as well as the absolutely wonderful friendly service, that simply made us feel home away from home. The continental breakfasts were yummy and different - croissants with scrambled eggs and bacon and we even got home made flapjacks!!! Our suites were so luxurious and well appointed, with secure garden parking that our...

「A small, intimate and immaculate establishment - like your own little villa! Not only was the breakfast (hot and cold) awesome, but it was the extra little touches that made an impression. For example: Although there was no restaurant for lunch & dinner, picnic tables, a microwave, plates, utensils and condiments were provided for guests' "bring-their-own-meal" use, little cookies daily with the in-room tea/coffee facilities, an honesty bar area, with an ice-maker, I could go on! The guest...

「My stay was longer than usual in Durban. Initially I had reservations about booking a guest house but found the experience from start to finish excellent. The team made my stay memorable for many reasons… warm breakfasts and that daily muffin, keeping the room fresh everyday, clean linen and towels are all important to keeping one’s stay happy. The owners (who live on the premises) are wonderful and kind people who are happy to stop by to say hello with meaningful chat. The views from my room is...

「We are hooked on this property. From the owner’s response to our needs, to the up grade in accommodations; this place is a no brainer. We call it our 2nd home in South Africa!」

「No. 20 On The Beach Guesthouse Google review summary 3.9 51 reviews 5 ★ 4 ★ 3 ★ 2 ★ 1 ★ Reviews on other travel sites Reviews Search reviews Eugene Fourie 1/5 5 hours ago on Google Shabby not chìc. Dirty, with mould and dust. Nothing wrong with bedding from Sheet Street, but at the prices per night, not worth it. The pillows are mere suggestions of a pillow, thin as anything. Cockroaches when the sun goes down. One curtain where two is definitely needed, and worn with some holes. I get...

「Yes. The staff were friendly 」

「Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the view from the top (you will have breakfast there) is amazing.」

「Great New find. Loved this little haven literally 5 mins walk from the beach through what felt like a door to a secret garden. Thank you.」

「空港から近く移動は楽でした。レストランはブッフェ以外ではインド料理(?)だけだったので単品注文のレパートリーが増えると良いと思いました。」

「Wonderful stay. Kind staff at breakfast and dinner, all were amazing. Check in had a few blips with the system picking up the wrong number of people and the wrong room but was quickly fixed. One point I would make is it’s incredibly difficult to find the hotels parking - no signposting meant we went into another much more expensive parking lot. I would definitely stay again, the staff and cleanliness make it a no brainer.」
