The staff was nice and helpful. Upon arrival although there were 3 counter , 6 employees on one person was actually helping guest check in. Whole process took about 1 hour .
Further, some of the restaurants are closed . You need to make 24 hour reservations even when they aren’t full .
There are a lot of stray cats on the property that the guest keep feeding so it nothing for you to be dining and a cat creeps up to dine with you.
