「Close to train ride」

「The rooms for the price were good. It was a small room and bathroom but that should be expected in older hotels. The shower curtain was a little short and was flooding water into the floor. Bit made management aware. Said they would fix it」

「Scott, the front desk manager, was very courteous and helpful. On the downside, the TVs remote systems were both very confusing to use. Simple things like figuring out what channel to turn to ....very complicated, little navigating to find the channel guide! Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV.」

「Old style motel on Durango’s main road with southwest decor. I slept in the little “cozy” room filled with a queen size bed which was perfect for my one night stay. Little fridge and electric kettle for tea or pour-over coffee in the room. The office staff was welcoming and helpful. Very clean. One bedside light was not working, but I didn’t care so I didn’t report it until I left. I’m sure they would have taken care of it if I had. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple,...
