「The Leland House exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Durango. The check-in is very easy and the communication from the staff is excellent. I, whole heartedly, recommend the Leland House!」

「The location of the property was excellent. We walked right out the hotel to the walking/biking path along the river every morning. The Animas Beer Garden and Grill was perfect for afternoon drinks and quick bites. The warm cookies at the reception desk were a wonderful treat at the end of an evening out.」

「Good location, clean rooms - manager’s happy hour with free drinks is a nice touch.」

「Our first room had a clogged sink and unclean toilet so we were moved to another room which was fine. The internet was down for a portion of our stay as well. Doug, the desk clerk upon our arrival, was very helpful and quick to respond when we reported the uncleaned bathroom. Undecided if we’ll stay here again.」

「Shower head is very low flow. Loud people in the hallway for hours late into the night.」

「Breakfast was great. Room fit our needs perfectly. Excellent location」
