"Malgré la pénurie du personnel et qu’il doive faire plus qu’une tâche ….nous avons eu un service humain. La personne qui s’occupait de la réception nous a conseillé pour qu’on puisse trouver à manger passé minuit …car nous avons été bloqué sur la route pendant 5heures …et comme il devait travailler ..."
