"Other reviews commented on staff and construction. The lower level is being remodeled for a hotel restaurant but there was no noise from it while we were there. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk easily to nearby City Hall and restaurants. Where to park was not well explained but we parked a block down on right at garage and hotel gave voucher for discount. Hotel is in beautiful Linen district and when restaurant is complete it will be amazing. "

Lovely hotel

"I ended up with a very large room and bathroom. Had trouble figuring out the lights and shower. The staff was excellent at helping me understand the pull cord for the bathroom lights and the switch for the hot water for the shower. The bar was lovely and I enjoyed my stay. The location was great for food and using transit to get around."
