「Extremely peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Accommodation spotless, comfortable and cosy. Everything you have at home was available in the chalet, including extra tea/coffee, sugar and a carton of milk. Nothing left to chance and the small touches - like a gift of two mugs, pens and stationery - greatly appreciated. Hosts very communicative and kept in touch throughout our stay. 「Arrived at hotel early evening. Had problems from beginning i.e. trying to log in to pay for parking, enquiries re breakfast. Staff do not know anything about parking, restaurant and leisure facilities as they are all owned separately. Have stayed here often over previous years but sadly it has gone downhill. However, the room was clean, bed and bedding was very comfortable and bathroom/shower came with soap and toiletry sachets. We didn't get breakfast as it didn't look worth paying £14. ...

「Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!」
