"The good: Excellent staff. Friendly, professional, efficient, helpful: recommendations for local dining. Room was very clean, bed wonderful, wonderfully quiet. Needs improvement: the mini fridge in the room rattled, hummed, buzzed, vibrated: I finally had to unplug it in order to sleep. Breakfast was a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast croissant. Otherwise I would stay there again."

Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles Harbor

"The area was very busy for the crab festival, which we did not know about. Made it difficult to get in and out of parking. We were in the annex building so we had a an awful view of the parking lot and the other building. The room was ok, was upgraded with newer amenities, and good bed. However, the shower still had the original tub with the 80’s tile upgrade. and old fixtures. The grout was dirty and falling apart. The caulking around the tub was old and dirty . Thankfully, limited time is needed in this space. We did not eat at the onsite restaurant. Would look for something different if ever in this area again. We chose this area for it’s proximity to Olympic National Park, which worked out good for us."

"Room was nice with a view of the mountains. It was a bit stuffy since there is no AC and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night due to safety."

"This is a clean, updated place to stay when visiting Port Angeles and the North end of the Olympic Park. Easy access to Deer Park, Hurricane Ridge, Sol Duc and Lake Crescent. Close to many restaruants and amenities."
