「Lovely room, but no mirror in the bedroom to be able to dry my hair. I told the receptionist and she said they were working on that. I asked for a sandwich for dinner to take to my room, but the chef said no so I had to order from the menu. So only a couple of little niggles, but apart from that it was a great hotel and I would definitely book again.」

「The pool area definitely needs an upgrade. The rest of the hotel is lovely. 」

「Beautiful hotel with an amazing spa! Lost count of how many saunas, hot tubs, etc there were. Room was very spacious with a very comfy bed. Loved being able to have breakfast until 12 noon so could have some more time in the spa before checking out. Our only issue was that the room was quite warm even with the windows open and 2 fans on.」

「This is my first visit to NI & the first hotel of my trip. It’s set the bar high! It is a really convenient hotel with lots of parking. The room was very clean & spacious with lovely thick carpet, though the decor was a little dated. The food was good, though more vegetarian options in the evening would have been appreciated. But, what sets this hotel apart, are the lovely staff - welcoming, friendly & helpful. Thank you.」

「Room was lovely had what you need. It was quite cold but the weather was appalling therefore no fault of the room but I did get up at 3am and have to override the thermostat to put the radiator on. I would suggest thicker better quality towels for a 5 star rating but overall. Friendly helpful staff and spotless. Would come again and recommend to friends. 」
