This spacious lakeside escape designed for connection, relaxation, and fun. This pet-friendly property features two separate structures that offer the ideal setup for multi-generational family or group gatherings seeking both shared moments and private space. Situated on the peaceful east side of Keuka Lake, the retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests—8 in the main house and 4 in the cottage—with beautiful views, private lake access, and plenty of room to stretch out, inside and out.

The main house has been fully renovated and thoughtfully furnished. The house boasts 3 bedrooms - a king, queen and 4 twin xl bunk beds - comfortably sleeping 8 guests. The living area has great seating and a fireplace for nights in, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. A large deck connected to the living area provides the perfect spot for sunset drinks and lake views. A nearby propane grill overlooks the lake for those summer cookouts, and enjoy more space in the backyard for outdoor dining and s’mores under the beautiful stars. There is complimentary wifi Internet access, Roku smart tv's, and a desk just in case work gets in the way.

Across the quiet East Lake Road, the cottage adds Keuka Lake fun and privacy. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home includes a queen bed and two XL twin bunk beds, plus a full kitchen, and cozy living space. The boathouse right on the water offers an additional space for games, a kids hangout or simply soaking in the scenery.

Outdoors, enjoy the water with 84 feet of private lake frontage where guests can swim, float, watch the boats, or explore the lake with a standup paddleboard or kayak. Take advantage of the private dock—perfect for sunbathing, fishing or docking your boat between water sports. The gravel beach and fire pit offer the ideal setting for roasting marshmallows under the stars. The grassy yard is great for yard games or lounging in the sun.

Set on a quiet residential street, the area is ideal for walking, running, and dog-walking. Cyclists will love the scenic route around Keuka Lake, and you're perfectly located midway between Penn Yan and Hammondsport. That means easy access to world-class wineries, craft breweries, hiking trails, and charming small-town experiences—all just a short drive away.

Whether you're watching the kids jump off the dock, sipping wine on the deck, or cycling through vineyard-lined roads, the property offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway in the Finger Lakes. Spacious, scenic, and designed for togetherness—this is lakeside living at its best.

We had a lovely stay with our family. The location is perfect, and both houses have a gorgeous lake view. We had all the amenities we really needed too and it was clean and well organized. We swam, docked our boat and went fishing and spent some time in Penn Yan and Hammondsport.
