"When I first pulled up to the hotel I thought I had made a mistake. It does not have curb appeal and I wasn't even sure it was open. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby and saw how well lit and nice it looked. The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly. "Bugs on the bed and bathroom. Unsanitary room, there was open chip bags in our room upon arrival, the walls and beds had stains on the Blankets and dirt on the walls. And lots of hair on the bathroom towels. It very much so smelled like smoke in our nonsmoking room when we got there. I had 3 kids with me and this was an unsafe environment for them. We checkout and asked for a refund so far haven’t heard anything back very disappointing "
