Quiet and Cozy with Outdoor Space

This quiet three-bedroom, one and half-bath home that sleeps 6 is centrally located between Downtown Greenville and Downtown Spartanburg. Whether you’re in the area for work or play, you are minutes from I-85, BMW, Tyger River Park, Shipwreck Cove, downtown Greer, and GSP International Airport.

The home has been completely renovated by opening the floor plan, adding a new kitchen with appliances, and fully updating the home throughout.

LIVING ROOM
The cozy living room is the perfect place to soak in the morning sun as you drink your morning tea or coffee. The living room features a large smart TV, with Wi-Fi, Hulu Live, Disney +, and ESPN. The couch can recline or lie flat to make it into a double bed.

KITCHEN
Brand new, fully equipped with all the needed tools and some pantry essentials. Mini-fridge, Ninja Hot and Cold Brew System with frother, dishes, utensils, cookware, waffle maker, Brita water pitcher, dishwasher and detergent, oven with built-in air fryer, low profile microwave, and a pre-rinse unit kitchen faucet.

DINING ROOM
Seats four at the dining table and two at the pull-out kitchen island table.

BEDROOMS
• The Master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and a private half bath
• Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed, large closet, and chest of drawers
• Guest bedroom #2 has two twin XL beds, large closet, an office workstation with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and a large smart TV
• Bedroom closets are large with space to hang clothing and store luggage.

BATHROOMS
The home has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the half bath is private adjoining the master bedroom. We supply guests with a generous amount of toiletries.

CLEANING CLOSET
Here you will find a fully stocked cleaning closet with extra bathmats, shower liners, kitchen towels, drop cords, a first aid kit, and plenty of household cleaning essentials.

The house was really nice - looked great, clean and well laid out. The kitchen was well stocked, the host provided treats, there were plenty of additional supplies, the beds were comfortable, and the grill was great. Even our dog had a wonderful stay (the squirrels were rather abundant - don't worry, she never caught one). I would go back WITHOUT hesitation so understand that considering I had 2 concerns: 1. At 6' 2", the shower head covered my shoulders and down; it was rather low (my wife at 5 foot 2 was fine!) and 2. the living room sofa and table chairs could use a little attention - they look fine and are usable but they need some scrutiny.Again, very nice unit and it would be my first choice for rental if/when we are back in the area. I would suggest serious consideration if going to the area.

Great stay!

We had a very nice stay. Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy check-in and check-out. The house is close to several restaurants and grocery stores as well as easy access to the freeway. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect stay in a quiet, dog-friendly home

This property exceeded our expectations! The host's communication was perfect - responsive when needed but never intrusive. The home sits in a peaceful neighborhood that's perfect for daily walks with our dog. We loved the fenced backyard, giving us privacy and a safe space for our dog to play. All appliances worked beautifully, with convenient touches like a dedicated drink fridge and air fryer oven. The beds struck an ideal balance between support and comfort (medium-firm).Having the washer/dryer in a clean, well-lit outdoor area was actually quite convenient. The entire property was spotless and thoughtfully maintained.Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Greenville/Spartanburg area!

Great Stay in Duncan, SC

Our stay was really fantastic. The hosts were excellent. Always quick to respond to any questions that we had. We loved having a backyard with a firepit. Everything was just perfect in the kitchen, we loved the waffle maker, coffee maker, tea selection, welcome snacks and drinks. The island in the kitchen was wonderful and the big round table was great for meals and games. The laundry facilities were awesome and there was laundry detergent and dryer sheets available. The bathroom was lovely. Lots of fluffy towels, 3 sizes and a selection of items we might need including a full basket of toilet rolls. We spent a lot of time in the lounge and appreciated the huge TV. We enjoyed reading the history behind the house and noticed a few items around the home belonging to the original owner. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Cute ranch style house with fenced in yard

The house is the last one on the street, which is really nice. It has a fenced in yard for the kids to run around and also the dog. The firepit is a nice touch. I love all the renovations they did to the inside. It felt very homey, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We originally lived in this area, so it was nice to stay close to home to visit our friends and old neighbors while also going to some of our favorite places (such as Pizza Inn). Getting on I85 was easy and convenient. I was able to get to my appt at Sptg Regional quickly. There was a loud dog across the street, but he wasn't always loud, thankfully. The neighborhood was safe and quiet otherwise. The hosts were amazing and quickly responded to me when needed. They offered a lot of amenities at the house, like lotions and toiletries. I love the home away from home feeling of this house; it feels like we never left SC. I am glad we stayed here and will stay again when we are back in town! Thank you so much! I appreciate "Quiet and Cozy" and the great stay for my family! For reference, it was me, my husband, and our four kids (a 9-year-old boy, a 6-year-old boy, and the 2-year-old boy/girl twins), plus our dog. We had plenty of space for our week-long stay. Thanks again!!

Everything we needed

The purpose of our trip was a gymnastics meet at the Upward Star Center. The location of the house was perfect for this. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get there. The house is very close to 85 but still far enough away from it that you don't hear anything at the house. It's in a more rural location but you're still within 15 minutes of anything you need. It's also very close to Tyger Park so if you're in town for a tournament there, this house is a very good option. We loved hanging out there between meets and our dog loved the bark park. The house is older but has been remodeled very nicely. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals. The yard is huge and completely fenced in. Our dog loved it! If we come back to the area in the future we would love to stay here again.

Christmas

We were celebrating Christmas with out of town family. And this ended up being perfect. Right in town near us, plenty of room and a beautiful home. We had plans to set up a small Christmas tree, and were so surprised to find a tree already there and set up. The hosts were definitely made it an easy and fun weekend.

Good place to stay!

We were visiting our family and needed to take our dog. The house was very clean and well updated. The owner had set up a Christmas tree, which was a great touch because we had our family Christmas there. Overall it's a great house and we plan on using again on future visits.

Perfect Little Home

House was so very nice and absolutely perfect. It was exceptionally clean, if not one of the cleanest places our family has ever stayed. They were great hosts and so very thoughtful. Will absolutely save this house as one of our favorites and will book if ever passing through Greenville again. Highly recommend!
